Time: 7.30pm-8.15pm (year round), requires 50p for lockers.
Notes: A swim session follows at the pool between 8.30pm-9.30pm.

Thursdays:

Venue: Ayr Citadel Leisure Centre (Tel: 01292 294700)
Location: South Harbour Street, Ayr [Map]
Time: Leaves foyer 6.00pm (year round), requires 50p for lockers.
Notes: A swim session takes place at the pool between 7.00pm and 8.00pm (although the public session is open from 6.30pm).
